We do not share, sell, or trade the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.
Returns
We sell mixed packages of tiles and will send small samples when requested. We do not accept returned merchandise unless it is physically damaged in shipping. Please email us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
Shipping
We are sorry but we no longer ship outside USA.
Charges are based on actual shipping charges based on item weights and destination. There will be a delivery confirmation on all shipments where possible. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping options are listed once you submit your order but before actually checking out if you feel the shipping charges are too high, you can then cancel the order before actually checking out.
We ship everyday of the business week, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed Thursday thru Sunday will ship on Mondays unless we have a backup on orders.
